Quick-Hitter Litter Cleanups

Come join us as we team up to help keep Millersville beautiful!

We always need more helping hands.

Please come make a difference and have some fun! We head out monthly for “quick hits” to continuously clean up around the Village, our section of the beautiful Fall Creek Trail, and surrounding areas that are looking bad.

You can just show up the months you can make it. No commitments, no pressure!

We are currently meeting every third Saturday at 10:30 a.m., weather permitting. (This start time is for the colder-weather months.) Meet first at Lincoln Square Pancake house, at 5024 E. 56th St.

Get signed in, grab some free coffee and a muffin, and then fan out for half an hour or so. Or even 15 minutes if that’s all you can spare. You’ll still be a big help!

All you have to say right now is, “Maybe.”

Just get your name on the list, and get a quick confirmation note from Phyllis that we’re a “go,” a few days before each cleanup. If the weather is bad, she’ll send another note the morning of the cleanup to cancel.

If you can come, come! Bring a friend. Bring the kids or grand-kids. Say hello to a few great neighbors and spend a little time giving back, doing something the whole community appreciates.

If you can’t come, no worries. We’ll hope to see you next time.
