Great Millersville Cleanup

Thanks to our volunteers and supporters!

You made our 2024 spring cleanup and “Trashure Hunt” a big success.

Thanks to 27 pairs of helping hands and more wonderful supporters, our Great Millersville Cleanup, held on May 18th, was a smash!

These good people did a geat thing! They’re amazing. They stepped up. Pitched in. And made a huge difference in making our community a place we can all be proud of. The litter may never end, but we’ll keep fighting.

Six volunteers were lucky winners in our first-ever “Trashure Hunt” and won either a $15 gift card to Lincoln Square Pancake House or a $10 gift card to Starbucks. A few may still roll in. Congratulations to all!

And while they were at it…

Four dedicated volunteers also snuck over to our two Village medians and planted flowers in the giant concrete pots in our beautiful Gateway Gardens! Many thanks to Geoff and Melinda Hall, and Brad and Laurie Schrader!

Now we desperately need help watering fresh flowers. Please, if you can help, even a few times this summer and early fall, see our Volunteer page now.
